Terms of Service
These terms define acceptable use for Viralmaxxing's hosted Instagram comment-to-DM campaign service.
Authorized Use
You may use Viralmaxxing only with Instagram professional accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the campaigns, keywords, links, and messages you configure.
Platform Compliance
You agree to follow Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, applicable messaging rules, privacy laws, advertising rules, and anti-spam laws. Viralmaxxing may rate-limit, pause, or disable campaigns that create compliance, abuse, security, or deliverability risk.
Messaging Conduct
Viralmaxxing sends messages only to people who contacted your account first, by commenting on your content or by messaging you. You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to impersonate anyone, or to deliver links to malware, fraud, or content prohibited by Instagram. Recognised opt-out requests are honoured permanently and cannot be overridden from within the product.
Availability
Viralmaxxing depends on third-party platforms including Meta, email, hosting, database, and queue providers. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Attribution
Viralmaxxing is built on OpenReply, which is MIT licensed. Hosted infrastructure, managed support, and the features developed for Viralmaxxing are provided separately from that open-source core.
